In this 1-hour live talk, we’re joined by Mental Health Trainer, Emma Kate Ross, who will be exploring the connection between mental health and movement. Emma will be discussing the types of physical activity that can positively impact mental health, as well as some of the ways to overcome barriers to movement.

She will encourage attendees to join her in actively participating in a mindful movement exercise. Emma will also be offering information and resources on mental health support, and share some self-care tips that you can implement to support your mental wellbeing. She will also look to answer any questions brought by attendees.
