Menopause meet up group

Join us for our meet up group, facilitated by our menopause expert, Kate Pleace. This group is an opportunity for individuals either approaching or going through the menopause to come together and share their challenges, concerns, and general experiences in a supportive environment. We understand that working alongside going through the menopause can a confusing and difficult time for many women and want to create a space where we can connect with one another, share advice, and find a sense of community.
