The recording of this call has not yet been uploaded.

This 1-hour live talk aims to equip participants with the knowledge and tools to recognise and address LGBTQIA discrimination in the workplace, focusing on the intersection of unconscious bias, micro-aggressions, and psychological safety.

Attendees will gain insights into how unconscious bias and micro-aggressions can create hostile environments for LGBTQIA individuals, and the importance of fostering psychological safety to promote inclusion and wellbeing. There will also be time at the end for attendees to bring their own questions to the host.

Our guest host for this talk is Christ Sheridan. Chris (they/them) is a Psychotherapist, Clinical Sexologist and DEI Consultant. They are the Founder and Managing Director of The Queer Therapist, a UK based therapy service providing GSRD (gender, sexuality, relationship diversity) therapy and neurodivergent affirming therapy.
