Signed DPA agreement in place and all data is stored securely within the EU.
Writeupp – To manage any client information, questionnaires and contractual agreements. Writeupp is a specialist Practice Management tool trusted by the NHS. All data is stored within the EU.
We occasionally use specialised systems to ensure our clients receive a tailored services for their needs, including:

For our Hub we use a series of third parties to ensure the easiest user experience (effective from the 3rd of September 2021):
Add Event – To easily enable users to add webinars and classes to their calendars.
SendinBlue – To send relevant and requested updates on events and resources.

Active Campaign – To ensure users only receive information relating to their personal preferences.
Changes of business ownership and control
24. Parent Cloud LTD may, from time to time, expand or reduce our business and this may involve the sale and/or the transfer of control of all or part of Parent Cloud LTD. Data provided by Users will, where it is relevant to any part of our business so transferred, be transferred along with that part and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this privacy policy, be permitted to use the Data for the purposes for which it was originally supplied to us.

RBC will pay for up to 10 therapy sessions through the scheme each policy year. Employees can continue with the therapy sessions at their own expense, and with a 10% discount accessed using the code WELLNESS10.
Your Wellness Cloud specialist will advise you if your session is included within your capped sessions, and help you to schedule your allowance to provide the best support.
For Fertility, Pregnancy, Antenatal courses, Baby & Toddler classes, and even our Child behaviour and parenting 1-2-1 consultations we would expect a partner to attend these. We simply ask that you, the employee, is present at these sessions.
Please note that Relationship Counselling through Wellness Cloud can be provided together as a couple (Couples Counselling) or offered with separate coaches for you and your partner respectively (Relationship Therapy).
No, only 45-minute remote sessions with our therapy specialists count towards your allowance. Everything else available through the platform is provided to you by your employer, in partnership with Wellness Cloud, free of charge.

Absolutely! As an employee we greatly value your service to us over the years and we want to help you navigate this next phase of your life as comfortably and smoothly as possible. Wellness Cloud offers one-to-one pre-retirement coaching through its team of coaches and therapists. There are also written guides on the platform you can find within the Expert Resources tab.
Our online antenatal course is completely free of charge and available for you to access through the year. We run this course every other month and it’s easy to join – simply go to the Upcoming Events and Talks page on the Hub and look for the next Antenatal course.
We run over 150 baby and toddler classes each year, which are all free of charge and available for you to access as an employee. In addition, we run virtual drop-In clinics with our breastfeeding, antenatal, and infant sleep experts for you to attend. We also regularly run Q&A sessions with our experts, please keep an eye out for these events and you can join them or watch a recording at your leisure. To access any of these simply go onto the events tab in the Hub.
Your membership to Wellness Cloud will cease on leaving RBC.
