Wellness Cloud provides a variety of useful HR & Manager resources to help you in understanding and supporting your employees through various life events. You are also able to book one-to-one sessions with our professional coaches. 

Under the expert resources you will find a manager and Hr section which has useful guides to help with supporting employees – for example with neurodiversity or bereavement. The live event and talks are often helpful in providing some education and understanding on topics affecting your employees and Wellness Cloud runs several Manager specific events throughout the year.

There are a variety of guides under the Mental health category covering Anxiety and depression, Relationships, Bereavement and postnatal depression. There are also remote Mental Health focused trainings and workshops to help you understand your own mental health and how you can best support others.These interactive workshops run for 90 minutes, every other month and are designed at Managers and other Mental Health first aiders or Champions within the business. In addition, you can book a one-to-one session with the Mental Health First Aid trainer, if you were looking for support or advice around a particular situation and needed clarity on how best to support yourself or a colleague.

Yes, as a manager you have the option to pay for your employees to have onet-to-one mental health sessions if you have the budget. To do this you will need to complete the Manager request form and raise an internal PO, please then send this through to the Wellness Cloud team email – info@the-wellness-cloud.com with the subject heading “DHL Purchased sessions”. On the form state the number of sessions you are purchasing.

Wellness Cloud will then send you through a specific code for those sessions which you can then provide to the employee. Other resources available to you are the EAP and occupational health.

The mobile app has some additional functions to the browser-based platform. On the app, there is a pocket CBT function where you can check-in, keep a gratitude diary and track your mood. There is additional learning included within the pocket CBT function too.

Parent Cloud is part of the wellbeing provider and employee benefits platform, Wellness Cloud. If you are already a user of ParentCloud, you will have access to the expanded WellnessCloud service through the hub and you can keep the same login. The new code for 1-1 sessions is GNMWELLNESS but the GNMPARENTS code will still work should you forget. If you used the three sessions last year, you will now have access to three more sessions for 24/25.

Wellness Cloud is an employee benefits platform providing high quality, tailored support for health and wellbeing across all of life’s different stages and challenges. No, this service is completely anonymous. The Guardian will know how many accounts have been created on Wellness Cloud and have access to anonymised aggregate data from the wellbeing check in tool. To ensure you have privacy at all times, any communications you receive about your personal account will come directly from the team at Wellness Cloud.

Wellness Cloud asks that you share your address when booking 1-2-1 sessions. This is because they offer specialist therapy and parenting support, so from a safeguarding perspective it’s important they know where you are in case of an emergency. Unless they feel someone is seriously at risk, they will never share your contact details and you won’t receive any mail in the post.
Wellness Cloud provides a variety of useful resources for managers, to help you in supporting your employees through many different life events. You are also able to book 1-2-1 sessions with our professional coaches and Wellness Cloud runs a number of manager specific events throughout the year.  
Immediate family members are welcome to join any of our live talks. It may also be beneficial for a family member to join a 1-2-1 consultation, an example would be couples counselling, child behaviour, infant sleep or support in pregnancy. We would ask however, that the Guardian employee is always in attendance for the 1-2-1 consultation.

We run over 150 baby and toddler classes each year, which are all free of charge and available for you to access as an employee. In addition, we run virtual drop-In clinics with our breastfeeding, antenatal, and infant sleep experts for you to attend. We also regularly run Q&A sessions with our experts, please keep an eye out for these events and you can join them or watch a recording at your leisure. Everything is available in the Republic of Ireland and you can access any of our services, regardless of your location. We have also created some Republic of Ireland specific guides, which can be found within the HR & Manager section of our Guides page.  

For Fertility, Pregnancy, Antenatal courses, Baby & Toddler classes and even our Child behaviour and parenting 1-2-1 consultations we would expect a partner to attend these. We simply ask that you, the employee, is present at these sessions.

Please note that Relationship Counselling through Wellness Cloud can be provided together as a couple or offered with separate coaches for you and your partner respectively. If you choose separate coaches, you can book a session through your Octopus email address. If you partner wants to book a separate session, this would need to be booked using your email address and you can then forward the zoom link to them.
